1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
We're confident in our service quality, so we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on first-time purchases.
That means: if within 30 days of purchase you're unsatisfied for any reason (including "the report didn't feel accurate", "not what I expected", or "I don't like the UI"), we'll refund you in full — no follow-up questions.
Why so generous?We want you to pay for "getting insight", not for "being locked in". If this report can't help you, we don't want your money either.
2. Basic Report Refund (US$1.98)
Eligibility:
- Request within 30 days of first purchase
- No usage limit (you can refund even after reading the full report)
- Full US$1.98 refund, zero processing fee
3. Weekly Subscription Refund (US$28.80/week)
Weekly subscriptions are slightly more nuanced because a new report is generated and delivered every week:
3.1 First Week of Subscription
- Request within the first week → full US$28.80 refund
3.2 Subsequent Weeks
- If the weekly report has already been sent → not refundable (service delivered)
- If the report for that week hasn't been sent yet (e.g. subscription extends to next Monday) → refund eligible
- If you no longer want to be charged, simply visit Cancel Subscription to opt out — you won't be charged next week
3.3 Special Cases
- 4 consecutive weeks with no opens of any weekly report email → eligible for last-4-weeks refund
- Service outage causing missed weekly delivery → automatic refund for that week
4. How to Request a Refund

- Order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
- Email used at checkout
- Reason (optional, helps us improve)
- Which order to refund (Basic Report / which weeks of weekly subscription)
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Request received: automated confirmation email
- Review: typically completed within 1-2 business days
- Refund processed: after approval, submitted to payment processor within 7 business days
- Funds returned: depending on your payment method, refunds typically post in 5-10 business days to your original account
Total time from request to funds-in-hand is approximately 10-14 business days. Credit card refunds may not reflect until the next billing cycle.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations cannot be refunded:
- Request made more than 30 days after purchase
- Weekly report for that period has already been delivered
- Account suspension due to terms violations (fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment)
- Orders gifted or purchased through a third-party account (must be requested by original purchaser)
7. Refund vs. Cancel: Which Do You Need?
These are commonly confused. Simple distinction:
- Cancel subscription: stops future auto-charges, but the already-paid current week stays usable through Sunday.
Best for: "I've seen enough, don't want to continue, but I'll finish this week"
Path: visit /cancel for self-service cancel - Request refund: get already-paid money back.
Best for: "Completely dissatisfied, want my money back"
Path: email support
You can do both: refund first, then also cancel to make sure no future charges occur.
