Thanks for choosing VedicPersonality. These Terms govern your use of the service. Please read carefully before paying or using. Summary: we combine personality testing with Vedic astrology for personalized reports — results are for self-exploration, not medical, legal, or financial advice.

1. Introduction

2. Services & Pricing

The Service offers personalized reports combining MBTI personality testing with Vedic / Jyotish astrology, including:

  • Free Test: 30-question MBTI test plus a preview of your natal chart
  • Full Personality Report (US$1.98, one-time): 8-chapter in-depth interpretation, permanent access
  • Weekly Report Subscription (US$28.80 / week, auto-renewing): delivered every Monday with this week's transit, money, career, love, and family guidance

All services are delivered digitally. Content is provided for self-exploration and entertainment purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any professional advice. Reports are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) combined with astronomical algorithms and may be adjusted as algorithms evolve.

All prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted based on local applicable taxes. The actual charge is finalized at checkout.

3. Subscription, Auto-Renewal, Cancellation

3.1 Subscription Activation

Once you subscribe to the weekly report, you'll immediately receive the first report, and a new weekly report every Monday at 9:00 Taiwan time, sent to the email you provided at checkout.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each weekly cycle and US$28.80 is charged to the payment method provided at checkout. Subscriptions continue auto-renewing until you cancel.

We clearly disclose auto-renewal terms on the initial checkout page. If pricing changes, we'll notify you by email at least 7 days before the next charge, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via:

  • Visit /cancel and enter your email for self-service cancellation
  • Or email support@vedicpersonality.com with subject line "Cancel subscription" and the email used to subscribe

After cancellation, the subscription stops at the end of the current weekly cycle — you can still use this week's already-paid report. No charge from the next week onward. Already-charged cycles are not pro-rated (unless eligible under Section 4 Refund Policy).

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Full Personality Report ($1.98): full refund within 30 days of first purchase, no reason required.
  • Weekly Subscription ($28.80/week): the first week is fully refundable within 30 days. For later weeks, if the report has already been generated and sent, no refund (service delivered) — but you can cancel anytime to avoid the next charge.

For refunds, email support@vedicpersonality.comwith subject "Refund request" and include order ID + reason. We process within 7 business days; funds return to original payment method (typically 5-10 days).

5. Your Obligations

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the legal contracting age in your jurisdiction
  • The name, birth time/place, contact, and payment info you provide are truthful and accurate
  • The payment method belongs to you, or you have the holder's authorization
  • You use the Service only for personal use — no commercial resale, copying, or use on behalf of others
  • You won't use the Service for unlawful, offensive, harassing, or socially harmful purposes
  • You won't reverse-engineer, scrape, DDoS, or otherwise damage the Service

Violations entitle us to immediately terminate your account and subscription, forfeit unused credits, and pursue legal remedies.

6. Our Rights & Responsibilities

We strive to ensure service quality and availability, but cannot guarantee zero downtime or zero errors. Routine maintenance, third-party outages (payment, AI providers), force majeure may cause brief outages — we are not liable for any indirect losses caused thereby.

Reports are AI-generated. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee absolute correctness or fitness for all situations. Decisions you make based on reports are at your own risk.

If we reasonably determine you've violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraud, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and suspend accounts.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data per our Privacy Policy. Sensitive info like birth time and place is used solely to compute your chart and is never sold, exchanged, or used for third-party advertising.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service (including but not limited to website design, copy, report templates, AI prompts, logo, illustrations, typography) belongs to the Service or its licensors.

Personalized reports you receive are for your own reading, retention, and non-commercial sharing only. Do not copy, adapt, resell, or use for training other AI models.

Parts of the Service rely on open-source projects (e.g. Swiss Ephemeris) — see footer for license details.

9. Disclaimers

Important:All content provided by the Service is for personal self-exploration and entertainment only, and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, investment, marriage, or any professional advice. Vedic astrology and MBTI are self-awareness tools — for major life decisions, please consult qualified professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we or our affiliates be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions
  • Consequences of decisions based on report content

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. Failing that, the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, California, or other jurisdictions with specific consumer protection laws, these Terms do not exclude your non-waivable rights under local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms in response to regulatory changes, service updates, or business needs. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
